Who chooses how you learn, universities or you?
Exercise your freedom to learn as you choose
At Academic Answers, we see the teaching program delivered by your university as only one part of the learning process. To get the best out of your education, you need to explore other avenues - and you have complete freedom to decide what materials you use, as long as you use them honestly and properly.
Don’t let others inhibit your right to learn
Some universities try to hold their students back, telling them what resources they can and cannot use. But don’t stake your whole academic career on your course books and lectures – the best type of learning results from experiencing a variety of resources, and your academic development depends on you choosing the most effective resources to accelerate and sustain your knowledge. Any university or lecturer that attempts to restrict you from learning in a certain way will hold back your academic development.
Valuable learning resources should not be restricted
Is it right for universities to….
-
Stop you buying/reading the books you choose?
-
Censor the Internet by preventing access to relevant information on your essay?
-
Prevent you from using personal tutors?
-
Stop you talking about projects with fellow students?
-
Stop you discussing areas of study on forums and chat rooms?
-
Prevent lecturers from answering specific questions?
-
Stop you reading past papers and other student’s work?
-
Stop you watching certain television programmes because they gave you an unfair advantage?
Unfortunately some universities do try to impose such restrictions – but you know that all these activities will help you learn and grow as a student, and therefore ought to be actively encouraged.
Don’t be afraid to use whichever learning methods suit you best, including buying a custom essay – the most powerful learning resource there is.
