I've placed an order -- now what?
As soon as you place your order, it is sent straight to us for processing. As you read this, we will be trying to locate the best researcher possible to complete your question.
Once we have found a researcher, if you have not already paid, we will contact you for payment, and then will confirm with both the researcher and yourself that the work can commence, and give you the date you can expect to receive your work.
You will be able to track the progress of your work from your control panel. To view an order in progress, click on the 'My Orders' tab, and then click on the order you wish to look at.

I need to send extra information -- how do I do that?
If you need to send us any additional information to help the researcher with your brief, you can do this through your control panel. To view an order in progress, click on the 'My Orders' tab, and then click on the order you wish to look at. Once you are viewing the order, click on the 'Extra Information' option in the menu. You will then see a list of any extra information you have already uploaded, and also be able to upload any additional information that you need to send.

I've got a question about my order -- who do I ask?
If you need to ask us a question about a particular order, please use the messages panel for that particular order. To view an order in progress, click on the 'My Orders' tab, and then click on the order you wish to look at. Once you are viewing the order, click on the 'Messages' option in the menu to be taken to the messages panel for that order.

I've got a general question (not about an order) -- where do I go?
If you need to ask us a general question not related to a specific order, then click on the 'Messages' tab.

My work has been completed (thanks!) -- where do I go to download it?
Once a piece of work has been completed, you will be able to download it from your control panel. To view the order, click on the 'My Orders' tab, and then click on the order you wish to look at. Once you are viewing the order, click on the 'Download Essay' option in the menu to view a list of all the files attached to your order.

The work I received was great! How can I let you know?
If you want to leave feedback about a piece of work you have received, then please click on the 'Feedback' tab. From here you can view a list of all of your previous orders that you can leave feedback on.

There are some issues with the work I received -- how do I request amendments?
If you need to request amendments for an order, please use the messages panel for that particular order.
To view an order in progress, click on the 'My Orders' tab, and then click on the order you wish to look at.
Once you are viewing the order, click on the 'Messages' option in the menu to be taken to the message panel for that order.
From here, select the 'Amendment' option from the 'Area of your Message' list, and let us know the nature of your request. We will then process this request and contact the researcher and reply within 24 hours.

How do I update my details?
If you want to update your details, then please click on the 'My Details' tab. From here, you can view the contact details we have for you, and make any alterations that you need to. When you select a field, it will turn yellow. You can then update your details, and as soon as you click away from the field, it will update automatically.
